Winner of the 2008 Jersey Design Award for Best Small Scale Refurbishment
A conversion of a ruined coach house into two terraced houses, this was a painstaking project carefully restoring all the original features and adding some modern ones as well, such as the rear roof terraces.
It was also an attempt to to have a minium carbon footprint, so a geo-thermal heating system was installed with 200m of brine collectors in the neighbouring field. Lambs wool insulation was used and a rain water harvesting scheme incorporated.
To all our clients, colleagues and friends
These are unpreceded times and the ramifications are changing at a rapid rate.
We are already working from home and luckily, we have the technology to operate as normal remotely.
We are currently continuing with our existing projects.
The planning and building departments are still active but in a limited way.
We are staying positive and believe we will come out on the other side stronger.
So, if anyone has an idea or a long held back project,
now could be the time to dust it off or just to touch base and get in touch.
Stay well and safe
