This new build house, which is built on the footprint of an existing building, is on an estate in the Green Zone overlooking St Ouen’s Bay on the west of coast of Jersey.

The design clues for the building were taken from other buildings on the estate and given a contemporary edge. Due to its sensitive location, it took several applications before a planning permit was granted.
