Awarded a Jersey Design Award in 2002 for the Best New small Building.

This a very tight rural site forming a corner between Rue des Buttes and La Hogue Farm, with the main house facing south and the swimming pool wing facing east.

The client’s brief was very ambitious, with an indoor swimming pool among other things. The structural timber work is exposed as much as possible both internally and externally.
