This project was for twelve new houses on the site of an old Garage. The concept was to create a close of closely-knit units. The exposed timber gables and granite panels reflect the agricultural themes in the area. It is timber framed construction with blockwork and granite facing, with great care taken on the layout of hard and soft landscaping, leaving the completed project very popular with the residents.
