A “Design and Build” Project won in competition, working with a leading main contractor. The building is the headquaters for most of the States of Jersey major departments. A complex building requiring a number of specialist sub-contractors, including lift, granite and re-constituted stone cladding, polish stone finishes, atrium roof, which includes a gantry cleaning system, and many others, all of which had to be coordinated with the main contract drawings.

The building was opened by the Princess Royal in July 1998.
